Château Vaugelas Corbières 2019 Languedoc, South of France:
Hachette Wine Guide: Two stars and Coup de Coeur. Fantastic wine:
"Another favorite in the already extensive list of the estate. From this intense nose, we discover the beautiful maturity of black fruit, pepper and the toasted and caramelized notes of ageing. Very seductive, the mouth has everything to please: a tender and heady texture, voluptuous tannins well taken in the body and a tasty fruitiness infused with chocolate and cinnamon which lingers in a long finish without a hitch.
Château Vaugelas: Created by the Benedictines of the abbey of Lagrasse, this old estate is located on four terraces with distinct soils. Taken over in 2000 by the Bonfils family, it has become a sure value in the Guide"
